I was very disappointed with this purchase. The jewelry I received did not match the photo it was much darker than advertised and had an awful steel smell. It was described as 18K gold-plated, but it did not look or feel like it.

When I first contacted customer service, the representative agreed to replace the item. She then stopped responding. When I contacted her again, she told me she had left the job and asked me not to contact her anymore. She also told me to email the company. I did, and I received a response saying they would get back to me, but they never did.

Overall, I was disappointed both by the quality of the jewelry and by the lack of customer service. My issue was never resolved, and I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
