WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT MADE OF?

We use Brass base metal, plated with 14K gold or rhodium. All our earring backings are 925 sterling silver base, plated with 14K gold or rhodium. 

WHAT IS RHODIUM?

Rhodium is a noble metal and a member of the platinum group. It is a rare, silvery-white, hard and corrosion-resistant metal. Due to its durability, we use it in our plating to offer customers who like a silver/white gold look.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS TARNISH?

We are dedicated to working with quality materials in our manufacturing process. However, there are several external factors out of our control that may affect product tarnish, including how you care for your jewels. This holds true for any plated jewelry. Please see our Product Care section to learn how to care for your jewels! We provide a 14-day guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our products.

I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. CAN I WEAR YOUR COLLECTIONS?

Our products are hypoallergenic (friendly for people who have allergic reaction to certain types of metals, most notably presence of nickel). We use Brass as a safe base metal for all our jewelries, including earring posts. For earring backings, we use 925 sterling silver as metal base. Our 14K gold and rhodium plating is free from nickel and lead.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT STORIES FROM?

For our brand debut featured countries, we collaborate with Ethiopian historians and storytellers to get as much unadulterated history behind every piece we drew inspirations from and thus provide our shoppers with a curated content. If you have additional background information about any one of our products, please share it with us. We would love to hear from you!

ARE THE PRODUCT PICTURES ACTUAL SIZE?

Unfortunately it is impossible to show an actual size image due to the various platform sizes. However, we do provide detailed product dimensions and also show each piece worn by a model. 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GIFT-READY PACKAGING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our packages are designed with two criteria to make it gift-worthy: chic and exquisite. One stop shopping experience is important to us so we offer meticulously designed boxes and gift bag that need minimal to no gift wraps. If your order is for a gift, our gift bags are available at minimal additional charge.

I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT IT'S SOLD OUT. HOW CAN I GET IT?

We are always working on the backend to ensure we are fully in stock. If we do run out of stock, please bare with us. You can go to the product and opt-in to get notified when we restocked or you can Contact Us for more information.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You can return/exchange purchased orders in the original packaging along with the original proof of purchase within 14 days from the date of order. Products must be returned in a resellable condition in the original packaging they were delivered, along with proof of purchase. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Unfortunately, we do not take custom design orders at this time. Providing our shoppers with a curated offerings is important to us as much as creating culturally inspired modern and exquisite collections.  

DO YOU TAKE VOLUME ORDERS?

We welcome orders in quantities. However, we do not accept bulk order for the sole purpose of reselling. If you have special request, such as bridal party orders, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE OR SELL IN-PERSON?

We are online-based company based in the US. However, we will host series of pop-up events and road shows throughout the year. The best way to stay informed is to connect with us on social media and/or sign-up to get notified for upcoming events in your area!

HOW DO I JOIN YENAE'S REWARDS PROGRAM?
Simply create a Yenaé customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Refer A Friend on the middle left of your screen.  

HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards. 

Also you can perform certain call to actions to gain loyalty points. Points earned exclude taxes, any shipping and other fees and charges.

HOW DO I CHECK MY LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?
Each time you shop online you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in from our website by clicking on our Customer Account Login. 

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?
When you've unlocked a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the discount bar and click apply (only one coupon code per order).
