Currently, we ship within Continental USA and Canada. For international customers, please see International Shipping & Returns Policy. We encourage you to follow us on social media and/or sign-up to get notified when we continue adding new shipping destinations.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDERS? 

For all USA orders, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. We utilize USPS for all our shipping. 

I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT I NEED IT URGENTLY. DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We will certainly accommodate rush orders based on availability. You are welcome to Contact us to request expedited delivery service, at an additional charge. Unfortunately our Free USA Shipping offer only covers regular USPS shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer customers our 14-day return and exchange policy. Products must be returned in a resellable condition in the original packaging they were delivered, along with proof of purchase. Contact us to initiate your return/exchange request and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. You will have the option to get a full refund or a store credit for an exchange. 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH INCORRECT PRODUCT. HOW CAN I RETURN IT?

Please Contact us within 5-days of receiving your damaged/incorrect order. We will put a high priority on it to resolve this issue for you.   

DO YOU PAY SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time, unless they are for damaged or incorrect orders.
