I WANT TO PLACE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? 

Your destination location and shipping preference will determine how fast you can receive your order. We utilize carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL Express, which offer shipping delivery options ranging from 5 to 21 business days. 

I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BUT I NEED IT URGENTLY. DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We will certainly accommodate rush orders based on product availability. Based on destination location, you'll get various shipping choices when you check out. We utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Each country has its own custom regulations on packages received from the USA. Yenaé is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, at this moment, all our International orders are final sale, unless it arrives to you already damaged/incorrect. If your item gets damaged within 60 days of purchase, please Contact us and we will work to address this issue for you. 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH INCORRECT PRODUCT. HOW CAN I RETURN IT?

Please Contact us within 5-days of receiving your damaged/incorrect order. We will put a high priority on it to resolve this issue for you and walk you through the necessary steps.   

DO YOU PAY SHIPPING COST FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

We do not offer free returns at this time, unless they are for an order you received as already damaged or incorrect.
